One year of experience performing building maintenanceHVAC system knowledge is highly preferredValid driver's license is requiredResponsibilities for Maintenance Tech:
Ensure all preventative maintenance is completed daily Assisting departments with Move-ins/setting up equipment needed for resident care Performing building repairs such as but not limited to drywall repairs, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting Documenting completed work Responding to and competing work orders in a timely manner Available for on-call as needed and or scheduledAbout Hillcrest:
